Refund Policy
All payments are final.  Seismic does not accept returns except in cases of mis-shipment or verified product defect.  No returns / refunds will be processed without explicit advance authorization.

Shipping Policy
Most items will ship within two (2) business days of order placement, unless we require clarification from the customer and have not yet received it.
