Tekton™ 6-Ball XT™ Ceramic Bearings with Classic Free-Spacer System
Next-level skate bearing tech – more speed, better handling, longer life!
Fit standard 8mm axles only.

Precision-Profiled Steel Spacers • 50% Stronger XT (Extra-Tough) Steel Casings • Tighter Assembly Tolerances • Dust-Resistant Ball Retainers • Premium Lube
– Superior speed & acceleration
– More consistent wheel contact & grip while cornering
– More predictable slide release & hookup
– Longer wheel & bearing life

Next-Gen Profiled Steel Spacers: Extra-wide contact surfaces square up against bearings and stabilize them far better than traditional thin-tube spacers formed of much softer iron or aluminum. Combines with Tighter Radial Tolerances (3µ – 5µ) that minimize torsional play inside bearing assemblies. Locks in super-precise alignment, protects against friction and wear, minimizes noise.

XT Construction: More than 50% tougher! Superior steel, thicker outer casings, and advanced heat treatment. Ball raceways hold smooth polish, and bearings stay tight and fast, for far longer! 50%-stiffer casings resist flexing, spin truer / faster, keep seals from popping off on extreme impacts.

6-Ball Assembly: Fewer, larger, stronger balls. Less total friction, better acceleration and speed on straightaways!

Premium Black Ceramic Balls: (genuine N4Si3 / trisilicon tetranitride) Lighter, smoother, harder, heat-resistant, rustproof. Reduce friction, increase acceleration and speed, scour / clean raceways! A whole new realm of fast.

Advanced Dust-Resistant Ball Retainers: Keep bearings cleaner for longer, without the added friction of a second seal. Formed of Dupont® engineering-grade Nylon.

High-End Lubricant: Packed with premium “high-RPM” light grease from Kyodo Japan. Formulated for peak performance under actual skating stresses, not max free-spin time.

Inner Race: Specially contoured under seal to resist contamination.

Additional Features: Black outer casings, removable rubber-coated steel seals with printed graphic. Meets or exceeds all criteria for ABEC-9 rating.

Eco-friendly packaging: No oversized metal tins or plastic boxes – just a minimal recyclable cardboard box.

No fake tech or exaggerations: Just more speed and longevity through real science and no-BS engineering!

100% free of:
• Random bearing tech adapted from other industries just for the sake of novelty.
• Expensive over-hyped raceway coatings that interfere with optimal polishing and may actually grind on balls.
• Over-hyped lubricant additives that accelerate wear not speed.
• Misleading claims that industry-standard features and factory processes are unique or special. (e.g., deep-groove raceways with micro-channels, fine-polishing, fiber-reinforced nylon retainers, hand-inspection, ultrasonic solvent washing, etc.)

1 review for Tekton 6-Ball XT Ceramic Classic Bearings

  1. Joe Poole

Love these bearings. Smooth and quick for carving and cruising bowls, pump tracks and the occasional down hill run. I’m going to run these in all my setups.

Spacing / Alignment Systems

Built-In: Integral half-spacers square up and self-stabilize inside wheels. Extra-wide contacts on XT models (U.S. Pat. #9,126,101) align bearings better than any other system – even correcting for off-spec axles and misaligned bearing seats. Inner race extends 0.5mm outside, eliminating need for axle washers.

Classic: Precisely-sized free spacers square up against bearings and stabilize them inside wheels. Premium Ceramic models include Profiled Steel Spacers with extra-wide contacts – a Tekton innovation that brings a revolutionary new level of durable alignment to free-spaced bearings. (Also available separately.)

Tekton’s superior spacing tech synergizes with Tighter Radial Tolerances that minimize torsional play inside bearing assemblies. Locks in highly-precise alignment, protects against friction and wear, minimizes noise.

Body Constructions

Standard: Superior steel and thicker outer casings boost strength 30%! Standard heat treatment applied.

XT (Extra-Tough): Superior steel and thicker outer casings PLUS ultra-premium heat treatment that fully optimizes steel’s microstructure and catapults strength 50% beyond ordinary bearings!

Tekton’s much stiffer, tougher casings resist flexing, spin truer and faster, and keep seals from popping off on extreme impacts. Ball raceways hold smooth polish, and bearings stay tight and fast, for far longer!

Meets or exceeds all criteria for ABEC-9 rating.

Ball Systems

7-Ball: Best overall balance of speed and resistance to frequent high impacts and side loads.

6-Ball: Six larger, stronger balls. Less total friction, better acceleration and speed on straightaways!

Ball Materials

Premium Steel: Highest grade available. Superior concentricity, surface smoothness, strength, and durability.

Premium Black Ceramic (Si3N4): Lighter, smoother, harder, heat-resistant, rustproof. Reduces friction, increases acceleration and speed, scours and cleans raceways.

Additional Features

Packed with premium “high-RPM” lubricant from Kyodo Japan, one of the world’s most renowned lubricant suppliers. Formulated for peak performance under real-world skating stresses, NOT max free-spin time.

Advanced dust-resistant ball retainer keeps bearings cleaner for longer, like a second seal with no added friction. Formed from Dupont engineering-grade Nylon for superior durability.

Inner race contoured under outside seal to resist contamination. Extends 0.5mm on seal-side of built-in models, eliminating need for axle washers.

Eco-friendly packaging. No oversized metal tins or plastic boxes – just a minimal recyclable cardboard box.

No fake tech or exaggerations, just more speed and longer life through real science and no-BS engineering!
